A: FREE parking is available in 2 locations:
BROWN PARKING LOT
• This FREE parking lot is designated with a BROWN sign overhead, connected to the Westin Galleria Hotel, next to Saks Fifth Avenue (Brown Parking Lot Physical address: 2727 1/2 Sage Road – Houston, Texas 77056)
ORANGE PARKING LOT
• This FREE parking is designated with an ORANGE sign overhead, next to the Westin Galleria Hotel (Orange Parking Lot Physical Address: Physical Address: 5135 West Alabama Street – Houston, Texas 77056)
Hotel VALET parking is available for $25/per day at the Westin Galleria Hotel entrance (5060 West Alabama Street – Houston, TX 77056)
Q: I am an author and interested in showcasing my book(s) and product(s) during the conference. What should I do?
A: If you are an author and interested in setting up a table during the Author’s Showcase, visit the Destiny Conference website, download the Author’s Showcase Application and submit via email to: email@example.com
Q: I am a business owner and would like to secure an Exhibitor’s Booth. How do I do so?
A: If you are a business owner interested in advertising your products, goods and/or services before conference attendees, visit the Destiny Conference website, download the Exhibitor Application and submit via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Is Destiny Conference registration refundable?
A: There are no refunds that will be provided for the conference, exhibitor registration or Author’s Showcase registration.
Q: Can I attend the Destiny Night Live concert and session only on Friday night?
A: Yes. Individual attendance for the Destiny Night Live concert and session is $35 and can be purchased on the website or on-site. Destiny Friday Night Live concert and session admission is included at no additional cost for Destiny Conference attendees.
Q: What time does on-site registration begin?
A: On-site registration begins at 10am on Friday, February 23, 2018.
Q: When will I be able to visit with exhibitors and the author’s showcase?
A: Exhibitors and authors will be set up for public viewing and access before the conference begins, during each session break and at the end of each day’s sessions.
Q: What will I receive on-site as a conference registrant?
A: Each registrant will receive a Destiny Conference gift bag complete with items needed for the conference.
Q: I am a media outlet and interested in covering The Destiny Conference. What should I do?
